MANAGING DIRECTOR – Charlie Kopa
As the founder and Managing Director of Commercial AV, Charlie Kopa has been an active contributor within the Audio Visual industry for over two decades. The Commercial AV concept was borne from a culmination of many years of Charlie’s direct involvement within the audiovisual industry. As an individual Charlie has unparalleled respect in the local community of Yarraville, as the Chairman and Organiser of the Yarraville Festival for the past seven years, the coach of the Yarraville Seddon Eagles Junior football Team and on the board of various community organisations.

GENERAL MANAGER – Luke Jackson
Combining a sales and marketing background with a business management degree and with a plethora of management experience consulting to the Service and Hospitality Industries, Luke implements the essence of Commercial AV’s company philosophy; Commitment to our Customers. Being sales, marketing and customer service driven, Luke has the inspiration to ensure Commercial AV delivers what it has set out to implement into the audiovisual marketplace; A professionally managed concept, building and maintaining a motivated Team to provide quality service to our customers and commitment to service which is paramount to the company’s success.

OFFICE MANAGER – Peti Waretini
Organisation is paramount to the foundation of Commercial AV's success and Peti is the epitome of organised. With copious amounts of experience within administrative fields and a passion for music production and performance, Peti’s support to the Executive Management, Sales Managers and Support Team is vital to the successful operation of the company.

SALES SUPPORT – Eneti Waretini
As the technical “whiz-kid”, Eneti brings an abundance of knowledge & passion for Audio & Visual equipment & software. As one half of our technical support for Commercial AV’s Sales Department, Eneti’s expertise draws from the last 10 years of Music Production & Performance. His hands on approach have led Eneti to a wealth of experience including DJing, VJing, Computer Programming & Software Design.

PURCHASING OFFICER – Paul “Scooter” Collings
Paul has been a large part of the Australian entertainment industry for over two decades. Starting his career as an instrument technician for national and international touring acts including INXS, he then moved into live corporate functions & audio visual installations. He brings with him an endless amount of experience & knowledge of audio visual equipment.

Terms & Conditions


1. Pricing: Pricing shown are those ruling at the date of quotation and will remain valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. All pricing is inclusive of GST.

2. Delivery: Quotation does not include delivery unless specified.

3. Labour: All labour charges are calculated, including travel time to and from our location in Yarraville, onsite times will vary. Labour amounts quoted are between the hours of 7.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. A 30% loading will be incurred for times outside of these hours and a 50% loading on public holidays.

4. Availability: Ordered stock will be made available within 1 - 5 days. We endeavour to supply customer orders in the shortest time possible, problems encountered with international shipping, customs clearances etc. are beyond our control.

5. Payment: Full payment is required with your order. If entering into a Sales & Installation Agreement a minimum of 50% deposit is required when placing the order and the balance paid prior to delivery. You can apply for an account after a 12 month trading period and providing you meet the necessary minimum purchase requirements.

Payment may be made by Bank Cheque, Company Cheque, Cash, or Credit Card.

6. Title of goods: Title of goods supplied shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been made in full. Title is further reserved against all amounts owing.

7. Warranties:
a. The responsible manufacturer or distributor warrants all equipment items for a minimum one year and up to five years from the date of purchase. Please check your product warranty cards for specific details.
Please note that equipment warranties are based on return of faulty items to the manufacturers appointed Service Centre by the customer - site service is not included in standard equipment warranties.


 

Payment Options


Full payment is required with your order. If entering into a Sales & Installation Agreement a minimum of 50% deposit is required when placing the order and the balance paid prior to delivery. You can apply for an account after a 12 month trading period and providing you meet the necessary minimum purchase requirements.
